| John
Cameron is the Managing Partner of TransTech Management, Inc. He has over
30 years of experience in transportation administration, financial management
and strategic planning, primarily for governmental agencies at all levels
- including several authorities. His career has included directing numerous
projects in the areas of long and short range financial planning; strategic,
systems and policy planning; economic analysis; performance appraisals;
organizational design and staffing; and transportation planning.
Dr. Cameron was
one of the founders of the National Transportation Management Consulting
Group at Ernst & Young. In 1984, he was promoted to Partner with
primary responsibility for leading consulting services to publicly-funded
transportation agencies on a nationwide scale. These included state
departments of transportation, local and regional agencies, transit
authorities, airport and seaport authorities, transportation associations,
and vehicle and equipment transportation managers. |

Henry Canipe is
a Principal at TransTech Management, Inc., with over twenty years of
private sector transportation management experience. As a consultant,
Mr. Canipe has directed and performed a number of engagements at various
public sector client including state DOTs, transportation and toll authorities,
municipalities and counties, as well as projects for AASHTO and the
National Academies of Sciences. With his MBA degree, Mr. Canipe is fluent
in working with clients to reach consensus on how to interpret the results
of such analysis as well as translating this information into actionable
findings and recommendations. Before joining TransTech Management, Mr. Canipe was the executive responsible for LADD Transportation, Inc., a separately incorporated logistics division of Greensboro, NC-based LADD Furniture Inc. (now part of La-Z-Boy Corporation). Mr. Canipe also previously directed a number of major service centers for Richmond, VA-based Overnite Transportation, a major freight carrier that is now part of the UPS logistics network.
